Hire an Applicant through Oracle Self Service Human Resource



In this session we are going to hire an applicant through SSHR, first search applicant in the system.

Click on others and then application


Status is marked as Active application; to hire an applicant status must be marked as Accepted

Choose Correction mode , Save the record and close, now go to SSHR responsibility
Login with Manager Self Service Responsibility
Click on Applicant hire or Rehire
Click on Go

Click on Hire

Give middle name as B, marital status as married , address type as home and phone number as 21300000

Click on next , now we have navigate to next page, there are multiple information and this page can be personalized according to client requirement
Mark time card as No

Click Next, in the following screen u can change the salary

Click next This is supervisor information
Here supervisor is Approver too 

Click next and this is last page of review, blue icon tells the changes

In some companies this goes for approval l but in some companies approval process not required, in this case it goes to supervisor as shown below:, as submit it goes to Mr. Casey for approval
Click on home page to see for notification , so login as C Brown 
Click on it and u can review all information
 
 here write comment and click on Approve

 
Search employee again and see latest changes

You can see changes that we make through SSHR

Implement Skip Rule using Fast Formula in Oracle HRMS R12


Scenario

Employer wants to give quarterly bonus(Supplemental Earnings) to the employees.

Step1: (Create Element)

Navigation:

HRMS Responsibility ->Total Comp-> Basic -> Earnings

Name: QUARTER_BONUS
Reporting name: QUARTER_BONUS
Classification: supplemental Earnings
Category: bonuses
Type : Recurring
Last Standard Process
Calculation rule: Flat amount
Save 

Step2: (Link this Element with Payroll)
HRMS Responsibility ->Total Comp-> Basic -> Link
Search your earning and link to payroll 

Step3: (Write Fast formula for Skip Rule)

Navigation:
HRMS Responsibility ->Total Comp-> Basic -> Fast formula -> Write Formula

Click on Edit-> Fast Formula is written here
